ডেলিভারী সময়সীমা
১। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর সর্বনিম্ন ২৪ ঘন্টা হতে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে।
২। অনিবার্য কারনে পণ্য সরবরাহের ক্ষেত্রে দেরি হলে সম্মানীত গ্রাহকের সাথে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।
Delivery time
1. Products will be delivered within a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of 10 days after order confirmation.
2. In case of delay in the delivery of goods due to unavoidable reasons, we will deliver the goods subject to negotiation with the esteemed customer.
পণ্যফেরত নীতি
সম্মানীত গ্রাহকগণ নিম্নে বর্ণিত শর্ত সাপেক্ষে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
১) পণ্যের সমস্যা (যেমন : পণ্য ভাঙ্গা, ছেঁড়া, ভুল সাইজ, পণ্য/সেবার বিবরণী অনুযায়ী কাজ না করা, ছবির সাথে পণ্য/সেবার সাদৃশ্য না থাকা ইত্যাদি) ক্ষেত্রে আপনি পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
২) পণ্যটি পুরোপুরি অক্ষত এবং অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
৩) ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের পর সর্বোচ্চ ২ দিনের মধ্যে আপনাকে service@ofc.com.bd এ মেইল করতে হবে অথবা ০১৮২৭ ২৩৯৬২২ মোবাইল নাম্বারে অভিযোগ করে বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করতে হেব।
৪) ফেরতযোগ্য পণ্য OFC BD এর অফিসে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে আমাদের হেড অফিসে অথবা নিকটস্থ কাস্টমার হাব অফিসে অবশ্যই সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে নিজ দায়িত্বে ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
৫) পণ্য সম্পর্কিত কোনো অভিযোগের জন্য আমাদের সংশ্লিষ্ট টীম আপনাকে ফোন করবেন। এ জন্য আপনার অভিযোগটি নিস্পত্তি না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আপনাকে ফোনে সক্রিয় থাকতে হবে। ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফোনে অথবা ই-মেইলে না পেলে আপনার অভিযোগটি নিস্পত্তি বলে মনে করা হবে।
Return Policy of Goods
Dear customers can return the product subject to the following conditions.
1) You can return the product in case of product problem (such as: product broken, torn, wrong size, product/service not working as per description, product/service not similar to picture etc.).
2) The product must be completely intact and unused.
3) Within 2 days maximum after receiving the delivery you have to mail to service@ofc.com.bd or complain to mobile number 01827 239622 to confirm the matter.
4) Returnable products must be sent back at OFC BD ‘s office by courier to our head office or nearest customer hub office within a maximum of 7 working days.
5) Our concerned team will call you for any product related complaint. For this you need to be active on the phone till your complaint is resolved. If not received by phone or e-mail within 7 working days your complaint will be considered resolved.
মূল্যফেরত নীতি
পণ্য গ্রহনের পর পণ্যের সমস্যা/ত্রুটি (যেমন : পণ্য ভাঙ্গা, ছেঁড়া, ভুল সাইজ, কাজ না করা, ছবির সাথে পণ্যের মিল না থাকা, সেবায় সন্তুষ্ট না হওয়া ইত্যাদি) ক্ষেত্রে আপনি ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের প্রকৃত/সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য নিম্নে বর্ণিত শর্ত সাপেক্ষে ফেরত পাবেন।
১) ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের পর সর্বোচ্চ ২ দিনের মধ্যে আপনাকে service@ofc.com.bd এ মেইল করতে হবে অথবা ০১৮২৭ ২৩৯৬২২ মোবাইল নাম্বারে অভিযোগ করে বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করতে হেব।
২) পণ্যের মূল্যফেরতের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যটি পুরোপুরি অক্ষত এবং অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
৩) ফেরতযোগ্য পণ্য OFC BD এর অফিসে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে আমাদের হেড অফিসে অথবা নিকটস্থ কাস্টমার হাব অফিসে অবশ্যই সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে নিজ দায়িত্বে ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
৪) ফেরত দেয়া পণ্য OFC BD অফিসে রিসিভ করার পর ৭ কার্য দিবসের মধ্যে যে নাম্বার থেকে মূল্য পরিশোধ করা হয়েছে সেই নাম্বারে মূল্যফেরত দেয়া হবে। অথবা পণ্য অর্ডারের সময় গ্রাহক যে নাম্বার ব্যবহার করবে সেই নাম্বারে আমাদের অফিস থেকে যোগাযোগ করে নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর গ্রাহকের মনোনিত পন্থায় বিকাশ/নগদ/রকেট/ব্যাংক হিসাবে পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।
৫) আগাম (বিকাশ/নগদ/রকেট) পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য মজুত না থাকলে অথবা গ্রাহক নিতে ইচ্ছুক না হলে গ্রহকগণ অর্ডারটি বাতিল করতে পারবেন। এ ক্ষেত্রে যে নাম্বার থেকে মূল্য পরিশোধ করা হয়েছে সেই নাম্বারেই মূল্যফেরত দেয়া হবে।
৬) পণ্য/মূল্যফেরত সম্পর্কিত যেকোন বিষয়ে আমাদের সংশ্লিষ্ট টীম আপনাকে ফোন করবেন। এ জন্য আপনার অভিযোগটি নিস্পত্তি না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আপনাকে ফোনে সক্রিয় থাকতে হবে। ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফোনে অথবা ই-মেইলে না পেলে আপনার অভিযোগটি নিস্পত্তি বলে মনে করা হবে।
বিঃদ্রঃ – পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরতের ক্ষেত্র গ্রাহকের নিকট হতে কোন চার্জ কর্তন করা হবেনা। গ্রহক যে মূল্য পরিশোধ করবে ঠিক ঐ পরিমাণ টাকা ফেরত পাবে।
Refund Policy
After receiving the product, in case of product problem/defect (such as: product broken, torn, wrong size, non-functioning, product does not match the picture, not satisfied with the service, etc.) you will get a refund of the actual/full price of the purchased product subject to the conditions stated below.
1) Within 2 days maximum after receiving the delivery you have to mail to service@ofc.com.bd or complain to mobile number 01827 239622 to confirm the matter.
2) In case of exchange of the product, the product must be in a completely intact and unused condition.
3) Returnable products must be sent back at OFC BD ‘s office by courier to our head office or nearest customer hub office at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days.
4) Returned goods will be refunded to the number from which the payment was made within 7 working days of receipt at the OFC BD office. Or by contacting our office on the number used by the customer at the time of ordering the product, after confirmation, the product price will be refunded in the mode selected by the customer as BKash/Cash/Rocket/Bank.
5) In case of advance (Cash/Cash/Rocket) payment, the customer can cancel the order if the product is not in stock or the customer is not willing to take it. In this case, the refund will be given to the number from which the payment was made.
6) Our concerned team will call you for any product/refund related issue. For this you need to be active on the phone till your complaint is resolved. If not received by phone or e-mail within 7 working days your complaint will be considered resolved.
Note: No charge will be deducted from the customer. The price that the customer pays will be refunded.
বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা
১। গ্রহক সেবার মাণ উন্নত করতে আমরা পণ্য বিক্রয়ের পরেও বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা নিশ্চিত করে থাকি।
২। যেসমস্ত পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি ব্রান্ড কোম্পানী কর্তৃক প্রদান করা হয় তা উক্ত কোম্পানীর সার্ভিসিং সেন্টার হতে গ্রহন করতে হবে।
৩। কিছু পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি হয় না, যা আমারা আমাদের মূল্যফেরত নীতি অনুসরে ফেরত গ্রহন করি অথবা গ্রহকগনের ইচ্ছা অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন করে থাকি।
Warranty Service
1. To improve the quality of customer service, we ensure after-sales service even after the sale of the product.
2. All products warranted by the branded company must be collected service from the company’s servicing center.
3. Some products are not covered by warranty, which we return or exchange in accordance with our refund/exchange policy.
